An Indonesian Bank needed to upskill their IT staff, transform their online banking system, and retain customers who were looking to change providers as a result of prolonged time to market of new services. Using Red Hat® Open Innovation Labs, leadership coaching, and Red Hat OpenShift®, the bank was able to build a new online payment platform within 12 months, improve their IT capabilities, provide their staff with new skills, and implement best practices for modern application development.
